Fantastic Summer Camps 2023

Fantasy Camp I -     June 6-9            Age 6-8          9:30 to 2:30    *Class is at Capacity

A different fantasy everyday(mermaids, circus performers, Indian princesses, etc). Beginning each morning with a technique class, arts and crafts, lunch break, and ending each day with a performance for family and friends.  $125.00 

Fantasy Camp II -    June 6-9        Age 9 to 11     3:00 to 8:00     *Class is a Capacity

A fun but more mature day camp for young teens with several years of dance training. Much like the younger format of fantasy camp. Exploring the great performances of stage and screen and the influence of pop culture in dance. Arts and Crafts, dinner break, costuming, stage make-up, and a performance piece each evening.  $125.00

 All the following camps meet on Mondays and Wednesdays

 June 12-28th, $85.00 per session with $15.00 Registration Fee

Princess Ballerina   Ages 3 to 5   10:00 to 11:00  

45 minutes of basic ballet technique, learning a new classical Ballet performance each week with story-time, props and costuming and 15 minutes of tumbling

 

Broadway Babies Tap and Jazz   Ages 4 to 6     11:00 to 12:00   

30 minutes each of learning basic technique. Great for developing fine motor skills and coordination. 

 

Tap II             Ages 8 and Older     3:00 to 4:00 

For the serious tap dancers with 2  years previous training

Hip Hop         Ages 8 to 10             3:00 to 4:00

Beg. Ballet    Ages 6 to 8               4:00 to 5:00

Ballet             Ages 8 to 10            5:00 to 6:00

For the serious dancer with 2 years previous training

 

Ballet            Ages  9 to 12            5:00 to 6:00

For the serious dancer with 2 years previous training.

 

Challenge Class    Ages  9 to 12       6:00 to 7:00

For gifted and dedicated dancer 9 to 12 (Chosen by invitation only)

Beginning Tap     Ages 9 - Adult       6:00 to 7:00

Advanced Ballet  7:00 to 8:30  (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)  $150.00

Taught for 1 week by Jared Mesa, Artistic Director of Western Arkansas Ballet and Resident Choreographer at Burklyn Ballet ,and Brooke Garduno, PHDS alumni, dancer, choreographer and student at Texas A&M.
